This class can read and edit configuration in INI files.

It can read a INI and parse it to extract its sections and configuration values.

The class can also edit the configuration definitions by adding sections and parameter values, delete sections and parameters, and change the name of sections and parameters.

The changed INI file can be saved back to a new INI file.
