This class can read binary data from files.

It can open a given file and read bytes that are part of different types of values.

Currently it can read signed and unsigned short integers (16 bits), read integers (32 bits), single signed or unsigned bytes numbers or boolean values, read byte strings, and Pascal byte strings.
