Universal Drop Down List: Create select inputs with lists or range of values

This class can create select inputs with lists or range of values.

It can take the name and a label of a select input and an array of the select options.

The class generates HTML for the select input for the options in the array parameter.

If the options consist of two numbers, the class generates automatic options that start from the first value until the last one.
